- I have voluntarily chosen my Aadhar card / PAN card / any other government ID for KYC.
- I am aware that my information can be used only for Skill Training, Certification, Industrial Employment, or Self-employment and not for any other purpose, including:
- Requirements as per KYC norms of various schemes and policies.
- Carrying out authentication using e-KYC facility or any other mode permitted under applicable policies of various schemes.
- I hereby authorize and consent to “Kaushal Ganga” to collect, disclose, share, store, preserve, and use the information and authentication data/records, as may be required under applicable terms, for the purposes above or as per internal requirements of “Kaushal Ganga”.
- I confirm that the information shared is correct and pertains to me. I shall not hold “Kaushal Ganga” or any of its officials responsible in case of any incorrect information provided by me.
